I recently came across a wonderful site that shows  how we can each make a difference by choosing to reduce our carbon footprint one “act” at a time.  Some of these acts are really quite simple and actually require little more than turning something off or down when were aren’t using it–it’s an awareness thing.  Others may require a bit more effort but the thing is, each person can choose how much or how little they want to do to help ease the burden we have placed on our mother earth. I just added a new page on the main site called the “Hall of Knowledge.” The purpose of this new area is to create an archive of some of the frequently used information such as the elven symbols, the connecting with fae information and some of the Elves of Fyn/Mr E info as well. Read more »

Uh, did I mention that elves love to celebrate?  I think I did…

Well, apparently, they love it so much that they will use any excuse to celebrate even if it means borrowing quasi human holidays, like April Fool’s Day, for example.

So, today I discovered my car with some toilet paper on its windshield.  Someone teepeed my car!  Who would do that!?! On closer inspection, I found that the toilet paper had the words “Ha Ha! April Fool’s Day!” written on it.

Well, it turns out a certain elf, whose name starts with the letter E, spent a good deal of time last night instigating this plot with my very own sister Susan.  She now tells me that there were other, perhaps more unpleasant and extreme plots afoot which she strongly advised against.  One of the alternative plans involved me being drenched with water upon opening the freezer door.  Thank you, Susan, for refusing to help him with that!

Just thought I ‘d give you a little insight into what it is like to sort of live with an elf! By the way, I did just hear that a modified version of the freezer plot may be looming in my son Zakk’s future so I don’t think it’s quite over yet!

A while back, I was watching an episode of Paranormal State titled “Shapeshifter” which included a segment where they captured some very unusual sounds from a woods in Maine.   On the show, they concluded that the sounds were possibly related to an entities known to Native Americans as  “coyote the trickster” which could easily be their version of unseelie.  I had Mr E look at the episode today and here’s our conversation where he gives us his impressions:

A couple of months ago, the Elves of Fyn gave me the following outline on how to live your life with intent and purpose.  They intend to expand on each of the seven steps as time goes on if any of you are interested–

LIVING WITH INTENT THE ELVEN WAY….

1)  Resolve to live an intentional life, one with purpose.

Below, we’ve listed some of the more common types of fairies that people are likely to encounter but  this is by no means an all inclusive list.  Most of the residents of the fairy realm will fall into one of three categories, neutral fairies, the Seelie, and the Unseelie.  The neutral fairies are just that, neither aligned with the good or bad.  This may be an oversimplification but the Seelie are generally considered to be the light (mainly positive) fairies while the Unseelie are quite the opposite. The Faery Flag of Fyn

One of the first things the Elves of Fyn will tell you is that humans, as a whole, must learn to respect nature and take better care of the earth before it is too late.  Unfortunately for them, what we do to the earth in our world also affects them deeply in theirs.  I’m not really sure how this works – maybe the earth is multidimensional – but I know they are unwavering in their efforts to communicate and raise awareness in order to heal the earth.
